Project Flamingo is a not for profit organization that Farzana has been supporting for many years. They provide breast cancer surgery to patients who cannot afford to pay for treatment themselves. All donations go towards providing life changing and often curative surgery for these patients.
GiveWell is a nonprofit dedicated to finding outstanding giving opportunities through in-depth analysis. Thousands of hours of research have gone into finding our top-rated charities. They’re evidence-backed, thoroughly vetted, and underfunded.

Some guests are flying in from all over the world, while others live just around the corner from us.
However, in either case, we haven’t seen enough of you, and doubt we will get to see enough of you on the day either. So we are arranging several short activities to catch up with people where possible. This is the current suggested timetable, and it is possible that times will change, be canceled, or swap days as need be. Please don’t make this the focus of your whole trip, but please do try to join us where possible!
Tue 26 Feb – Early morning walk along the beach, followed by a nice breakfast at Ons Huisie
Wed 27 Feb – Dinner at Jonkershuis restaurant
Thu 28 Feb – Early morning climb up Lion’s head
Fri 1 March – See you at the wedding and hope you have a great time!
Sat 2 March – Caledon Brunch : Details to follow
Sun 3 March – Picnic in Kirstenbosch gardens from the early afternoon
Mon 4 March – Dinner at Cape Town Fish Market (at the V&A Waterfront)
Tue 5 March – Early morning climb up Table Mountain, and catch the cable car down
